You must provide accurate registration, contact, delivery, and identity-verification information. Keep your password private and notify us if you believe your account has been misused.
Orders and payment
Review product selections, delivery information, payment details, and totals before submitting an order. Payment availability and order acceptance depend on the options and account settings active in the system.
Fulfillment and cancellation
Order preparation, rider assignment, delivery, cancellation, and payment-review rules are determined by the current order state shown in your account. Orders that have entered protected processing or payment review may require support assistance.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the system for unlawful activity.
Service availability
